Naked Portraits

Before, my vision was objective, more preoccupied with surface elements than with any more profound meaning. Gradually, I came to want something else from my photography. Here no hair or make up artist. Something more authentic. Something with more emotion. For me, this series of moving images goes beyond simple portraiture. Mere seconds long, each is an intimate, unadorned rendering of individuals who are just that : people or objects who face the camera with simplicity and courage, unafraid to show their vulnerability, their rawness, and ultimately, their unique beauty.
